Short version: you see your website before you pay anything, so there should never be a nasty surprise. If something does go wrong, here is exactly where you stand.
Every customer gets a free mockup first. There is no deposit and nothing to refund at that stage — if you do not like it, you simply walk away.
These are month to month with no minimum term. Cancel any time, yourself, at siteforgepro.com/billing — the service runs to the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-months.
We suspend it. We do not delete it. If you paid for the build, the website is yours: you get a full copy of the files, the live address shows a holding page while hosting is unpaid, and we keep everything for 30 days so restarting puts it straight back. The full sequence, including the seven days’ written warning you get before anything changes, is set out in our Terms.
Instant Answers ($49) and Site Migration ($99) are refundable in full until we start the work. Once the feature is live on your site, or the migration is done, they are not.
The Search Console guide ($49.99) is a digital document delivered immediately, so it is non-refundable once sent. If it does not do what you needed, email us and we will simply do the setup for you at no extra charge — we would rather fix it than argue about $49.99.
If we take your money and then cannot do the job, you get all of it back. That is on us.

Please talk to us before disputing a charge with your bank. We would much rather sort it out directly, and we almost always can.
