This policy explains what Site Forge Pro collects when you use siteforgepro.com, why we collect it, and what we do with it.
When you request a free mockup we collect your name, phone number, email address, business name, and your current website if you give us one, plus anything you write in the message box. If you tick the SMS box, we also record that you consented to be texted.
When you buy something our payment processor, Stripe, collects your payment details. Card numbers are handled entirely by Stripe and never reach our servers. We receive only the amount, the outcome, and your billing contact details.
When you browse we may record standard web-server information such as pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, referring site, and browser type.
We only send SMS to people who explicitly ticked the consent box. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to stop, or email us and we will remove your number.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it only with services we need to run the business:

We use a small number of cookies. Some are needed for the site to work at all — for example remembering that you have already answered the cookie banner. Others help us see which pages get used. You can accept or decline the optional ones using the banner, and you can clear cookies at any time in your browser settings.
Enquiries are kept while we are in contact with you and for a reasonable period after, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back. Records tied to a payment are kept as long as tax and accounting rules require. Ask us to delete your information and we will, except where we are legally required to keep it.

This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
