Rise & Crumb started with a home oven, a stubborn sourdough starter named "Roux," and a belief that good bread brings people together.
Today we're still that same small bakery — mixing before dawn, proofing by hand, and greeting neighbors by name. Every loaf and every pastry is made the slow way, because that's the only way we know that tastes this good.
